Refunds:

However, you will not receive a payment corresponding to our handling and processing fees. Any other refund request will be excluded. The estimated response time for your request is a maximum of 72 hours.


Urgent and Personalised Orders:

Our company processes and manages orders within a maximum time period of 24 hours due to the urgent and personalised nature of the requests. The applicant expressly accepts and authorizes the order, which being personalised and urgent, will not be able to benefit from any type of withdrawal period or cancellation.
