Contract and Payment:

Once your visa or travel document request is accepted, you will receive an email formalizing the contract, making it a valid, current and binding legal transaction between the parties. We will become your supplier and you our customer. Payment for our services is required at the time of submission of your application.


Refunds:

In the event that your visa is denied by government authorities, you will receive a full refund of the fees paid to the government. However, you will not receive a payment corresponding to our handling and processing fees. Any other refund request will be excluded. If you require a refund for an accepted and processed order, please contact us at [email protected] and your particular case will be considered. The estimated response time for your request is a maximum of 72 hours.


Urgent and Personalised Orders:

Our company processes and manages orders within a maximum time period of 24 hours due to the urgent and personalised nature of the requests. The applicant expressly accepts and authorizes the order, which being personalised and urgent, will not be able to benefit from any type of withdrawal period or cancellation.
