Document Requirements: The documents required for each specific e-Visa category are as follows:
e-Tourist Visa: Scanned bio page of the passport showing the photograph and details.
e-Business Visa: Scanned bio page of the passport, copy of business card, and any letter of invitation if applicable from Indian parties with whom you intend to conduct business.
e-Medical Visa: Scanned bio page of the passport and a copy of the letter from the concerned Indian hospital on their letterhead, including the date or tentative date of suggested admission.
e-Medical Attendant Visa: Scanned bio page of the passport showing the photograph and details.
e-Conference Visa: Scanned bio page of the passport and an invitation from the event organizer.
e-Business Visa for Academic Lectures (GIAN): Scanned bio page of the passport and an invitation from the host institute, along with the sanction order under Global Initiative for Academic Networks (GIAN).
Sports-Related Activity: Copy of passport page containing personal particulars and approval from the Government of India in the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports (Department of Sports). An invitation letter from the concerned Sports Federation/Association in India is also required.
