1. e-Tourist Visa:

   • Scanned bio page of the passport showing the photograph and personal details.

2. e-Business Visa:

   • Scanned bio page of the passport.
   • Copy of your business card.
   • Letter of invitation from Indian parties with whom you intend to conduct business (if applicable).

3. e-Medical Visa:

   • Scanned bio page of the passport.
   • Copy of the letter from the Indian hospital on their letterhead, including the date or tentative date of suggested admission.

4. e-Medical Attendant Visa:

   • Scanned bio page of the passport showing the photograph and personal details.

5. e-Conference Visa:

   • Scanned bio page of the passport.
   • Invitation from the event organizer.

6. e-Business Visa for Academic Lectures (GIAN):

   • Scanned bio page of the passport.
   • Invitation from the host institute.
   • Sanction order under Global Initiative for Academic Networks (GIAN).

7. Sports-Related Activity:

   • Copy of passport page containing personal particulars.
   • Approval from the Government of India in the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports (Department of Sports).
   • Invitation letter from the concerned Sports Federation/Association in India.

• Size: 10 KB (minimum) to 1 MB (maximum)
• Composition: Full face, open eyes, no spectacles
• Background: Plain, light-colored or white
• Additional Notes: No shadows or borders
